Releasing Fat - Why Diets Don’t Work

Do you often find yourself falling off the wagon of any fad diet?  Do you struggle with blood sugars being balanced?  Or you just tired of those extra few pounds around the mid-section?

I recently discovered a program online that is tried AND true!  I utilized it myself and am now sharing it with my coaching clients and consulting others on what I have found to work for me.

Go to www.ReleasingFat.com to learn more about an amazing program that will guide you to release the fat you want and maintain a balanced lifestyle in the process.  In the meantime, here is a short e-mail message from the program that explains why diets don’t work.

One-third of the population is on a diet and one-third of the population is trying to maintain their weight at any one time.  Americans are spending over thirty billion dollars each and every year on diets.  So why is the waistline of Americans continuing to expand at an unprecedented rate?  One would have to conclude that diets simply do not work.  The main reason diets do not work is because that they are a short-term solution for a long-term problem.  The connotation is that if you are going to go on a diet, then sometime in the future you are going to come off that diet—usually returning to the unhealthy eating habits that created your weight problem in the first place.  So even if you are able to lose weight on your diet, statistics show that almost all of you will gain the weight back and more in a very short period of time.

The answer is not in the most recent fad diet or weight-loss craze.  The answer is realizing that you must develop healthy lifestyles for a lifetime that happen to have the side effect of fat loss.  You need to implement a long-term solution for a long-term problem.  Understanding why you gained all your excess weight in the beginning is important, but you must realize that the answer is not in a diet.  The answer is in a new, healthy lifestyle.  The health benefits are optimal health, increased energy and focus, lower blood pressure, decreased cholesterol and triglycerides, decreased risk of heart disease and diabetes, and of course, decreased weight.  But the most important aspect is the fact that this will be permanent weight loss because you will choose to continue these healthy lifestyles for a lifetime.  They will simply just become a new way of life.
